We wish for happy customers, so if for any reason our product does not entirely meet your expectations, you may return your purchase.
WHAT DO I NEED BEFORE RETURNING THIS PRODUCT?
- You may return unworn items within 30 days of purchase
- You will receive a refund through the same payment method used for your purchase a few days after you get an email from us with your credit memo.
- Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of your return, providing items received are in unused, re-saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging along with the paper form.
- Fill in the form, confirm your personal information and indicate the order number of the products that you intend to return.
- Fill in the paper form that you’ve received with your purchase.
- Once you have entered the information, DHL will contact you within 2 business days to combine your recordings.
