The standard service is available for postal addresses in all EU Member States. Shipping costs and delivery times for the standard service are determined based on your location, ie by country. All shipments will be handle during working days and the sending time should be consider after you receive the confirmation with the tracking number of your order.
During 15 to 30 August there will be a delay on the deliveries and customer service. All requests during this time will be processed early September 2019.

You may return unworn items within 30 days of purchase
You will receive a refund through the same payment method used for your purchase a few days after you get an email from us with your credit memo.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of your return, providing items received are in unused, re-saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging along with the paper form.
Fill in the form you received with you purchase or download it on the page “How do I return my Items”. Confirm your personal information and indicate the order number of the products that you intend to return.
Once you have entered the information, DHL will contact you within 2 business days to combine your recordings.
